Job Description:
A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist,
Bilingual, Vietnamese - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and educate donors about the donation process, addressing
misconceptions and barriers
Conduct health screenings and coordinate blood draws while
maintaining donor confidentiality
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support
donor operations and achieve departmental goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human services or a related healthcare field,
or equivalent experience
1 year of translating experience, preferably in a medical
setting
Knowledge of MS Office and advanced internet research skills
Three plus years of professional experience in customer relations
or direct patient interaction
Fluent in Vietnamese with advanced communication skills
