Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor teams of digital product managers to achieve
strategic goals
Guide the strategy and execution of foundational systems for the
trading platform
Establish a culture of product success through data-driven
experimentation and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
10+ years of digital product management experience in complex
financial or mortgage environments
At least 5 years in a people leadership role
Experience in mortgage or trading software, preferably in technical
areas
Deep analytical skills to translate insights into actionable
product improvements
Proven track record of inspiring collaboration across
cross-functional teams
