Job Description:
A company is looking for an Editorial Director to lead the
editorial department and manage a team of editors.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Editor-in-Chief to execute editorial vision
and strategy
Acquire and edit titles that enhance the overall creative execution
of the list
Oversee and mentor a team of editors, fostering a collaborative
workplace culture
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in comic book and graphic novel
editorial
Previous experience in supervising or managing a team is
preferred
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management
skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting
deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and familiarity with
Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
