Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of Product Managers to define and deliver
platform capabilities for enterprise customers
Define and implement strategies to enhance time to value,
activation, and retention in collaboration with go-to-market
teams
Oversee key business metrics related to activation, customer
journey success, and enterprise security experiences
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in product management in a high growth and
complex environment
5+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and leading
high-performing teams
Experience scaling B2B SaaS platforms from SMB to Enterprise
Strong track record of setting product vision and business strategy
for complex areas
Proven ability to coach and develop Product Managers
effectively
