Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Engagement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with the online community across various
platforms and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Empower community members to become brand advocates by recognizing
their contributions and facilitating opportunities for sharing
insights
Report data on engagement, sentiment, and demographics to inform
strategic decision-making and optimize community efforts
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in community management or social media
management, preferably in the video game or digital marketing
industry
Familiarity with social media, online forums, and community
management tools, along with a strong understanding of marketing
principles
Must have knowledge of WWE and keep up with WWE events
Experience working with Reddit and Discord
