Insurance Underwriter Underwriting Surety Contract Surety Bonds Construction Surety Commercial Insurance License & Permit bonds Bid, performance and payment bonds Commercial performance bonds Large appeal court bonds _ .

Implement marketing activities and underwrite commercial bonds to strategically build a profitable book in a designated territory.

*** Facilitate and maintain broker, agency and customer relationships to produce profitable new business.

*** Review all new submissions and bond requests, and initiate response.

*** Evaluate risk and determine underwriting criteria.

*** Determine the necessary forms for a case such as bond forms, riders, statutory, etc.

*** Determine rate and other significant issues affecting bond issuance.

*** Underwrite bonds by appropriately assessing risk presented while adhering to underwriting philosophy.

*** Review contract documents, identify onerous clauses, and address each.

*** Fully document underwriting files.

*** Communicate with agents regarding file needs.

*** Communicate clear, complete instructions for bond issuance and invoicing.

*** Assist with collections when necessary.

*** License & Permit bonds including: compliance, contractor s license, Department of Transportation, Retail, Professions, etc.

*** Bid, performance and payment bonds including: Private, Public, Federal, Sub-contract, Highway, Utility, etc.

*** Commercial performance bonds including:supply, service, tax, lost instrument and financial guarantees.

*** Large appeal court bonds
