A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to
oversee data-driven marketing campaigns and optimize growth
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage systems for tracking campaign performance and
funnel health
Maintain the HubSpot instance and configure reporting tools for
accurate data insights
Analyze funnel performance and collaborate with Data Engineers to
establish reliable data pipelines
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or
revenue operations
Expert in HubSpot and marketing automation tools
Proven experience with AI tools for marketing insights and data
requests
Experience building dashboards with business intelligence tools,
preferably Tableau
Experience with lead scoring and attribution modeling
