Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the functionality of a workgroup and provide guidance to
Warranty Administrators
Review and adjust accounts and workload for accuracy and
productivity
Engage with Product Management to prioritize accounts for
implementation and facilitate team meetings
Required Qualifications
Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator
Strong sense of self-awareness and people management skills
Technology skills to utilize various DMS systems and OEM-based
software
Current employees must demonstrate mastery of the "Recipe for
Success" tools and principles
Previous management or leadership experience is a plus
