Customer.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational customer data and survey feedback to enhance
customer understanding
Lead initiatives to prioritize customer issues and drive
resolutions
Collaborate with various teams to utilize customer feedback for
service improvements
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in customer experience, data analysis, or
market research
Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL,
and Tableau
Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and apply statistical
techniques
A deep understanding of customer experience and a passion for
data-driven solutions
Experience with survey tools like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey is
preferred
