    Pay and Benefits:
    
    • $71,000 - $81,000 per year

    • Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include (but not limited to) education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
      
      Required Qualifications:
      
      
      • B.S. and/or M.S. students who are graduating December 202 4 - August 202 5 and majoring in the field of one of the following : Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Global Logistics , Engineering Management , Industrial Engineering , Industrial and Management Engineering or Industrial and Systems Engineering .
      • Ability to appropriately adapt and respond effectively in real time to changing situations and circumstances.
      • Ability to navigate complex situations and analyze diverse data to identify what is critical and solve problems .
      • Ability to collaborate effectively and fairly with others, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared goals.
      • Demonstrates integrity and authenticity to gain the confidence and trust of others by consistently following through on commitments and aligning actions with words.
      • Demonstrates a strong interest and ability to continuously learn and grow and a willingness to take on work that expands capabilities.
      • Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) in various circumstances, aligned to audience needs. Actively listens and fosters the sharing of ideas from others.
      • Consistently achieves results by holding oneself accountable and overcoming obstacles to accomplish objectives .
      • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional networks with people to achieve objectives .
