Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Examiner - Casualty General
Liability (Hybrid or Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle and resolve complex and specialized claims through
investigation, evaluation, and disposition
Determine coverage, assess liability, establish reserves, and
negotiate settlements for claims
Document all relevant activity on assigned files and provide
mentoring to less experienced claim representatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 5-7 years of highly complex, specialty claims
experience
Prior experience handling MedPay/PIP and UM/UIM claims
Background in evaluating and handling litigated bodily injury
claims
Trucking experience or background is helpful
