Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Implementation
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates onboarding and development services for customers,
ensuring end-to-end readiness of implemented solutions
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to onboard dealer data and
provides technical support to internal teams
Monitors customer activity during the application integration
development cycle to support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
Experience with databases, data analysis, and report creation for
decision-making
Proficiency in using SQL for data access and MS Excel for data
manipulation
Experience with JIRA for defect submission and tracking product
changes
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet
deadlines
Preferred bachelor's degree in management information systems or
related experience
