Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fieldglass Functional SME (Services
Procurement, Contingent Workforce).
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and ensure seamless integration of
Fieldglass with enterprise systems
Design and configure Fieldglass solutions tailored to project use
cases and secure stakeholder approvals
Document process flows and system configurations while aligning
project activities and deliverables
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba
implementations
Proven leadership in at least two end-to-end Fieldglass
implementations with integrations
Experience in mining, oil & gas, or asset-intensive industries
Expertise in managing hybrid project methodologies (Waterfall +
Agile)
Strong stakeholder management and issue resolution skills
