Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email regarding services,
pricing, and orders
Assist clients with navigating ordering software and placing
orders
Provide training sessions for new customers on the ordering
software
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of customer service experience
Proficiency in software such as Salesforce, Total Recall,
FileBRIDGE, and SAP
Experience in generating reports and handling credit
adjustments
Ability to manage customer complaints and provide solutions
