Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Implementation
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate technology-based training delivery to customers' users
virtually
Consult with customers to determine functionality and configuration
that meets their business needs
Conduct status meetings with customers to discuss open issues and
ensure go-live readiness
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
Ability to train and gather detailed requirements
Experience with internal tools (e.g., SalesForce, Glitch, PPM)
Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
1-2 years of experience in the Dealership and/or Automotive/Truck
industry preferred
