A company is looking for a Business Banking SBA Business
Development Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a personal business plan and marketing
strategy for new business opportunities
Maintain a referral network to generate leads and achieve sales
goals
Structure and guide lending opportunities through the application
and closing process while ensuring compliance with SBA
requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SBA lending with a successful loan
origination track record
In-depth knowledge of SBA loan programs and underwriting
guidelines
Strong understanding of financial analysis and risk assessment
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
preferred
