A company is looking for a Client Success & Growth Strategist to
drive customer onboarding and optimize product usage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customers through a seamless onboarding process and provide
white-glove support
Offer actionable insights on digital marketing strategies and
identify upsell opportunities
Develop training materials and conduct educational sessions for
customers
Required Qualifications
3+ years in customer success, digital marketing, or SaaS
support
Experience with paid ads (Meta, Google) and SEO
Experience creating training materials and leading customer
education sessions
Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data
Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues for non-technical
users
