Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Workforce Development
Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth, role-specific training for new hires
post-orientation
Develop and implement structured training programs tailored to job
roles
Educate employees on EMS billing processes, compliance
requirements, and provide hands-on system training
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare
Administration, Education, or a related field preferred, or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in EMS billing, RCM, medical
coding, or a related healthcare billing environment
Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring preferred
Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) certification or QMC Biller
Certification, or achieve within 90 days of assuming position
Strong knowledge of EMS billing workflows, payer guidelines, and
compliance regulations
