Assist the Nurse Manager in the administrative and clinical leadership of the nursing team. Oversee patient care services ensuring compliance with established standards of care and practice. Participate in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of nursing staff. Evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching for improvement. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
