American Medical Staffing (AMS) puts you first, and we are currently seeking a Hospice RN for a contract Home Hospice position in Newark, DE. 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts weekly, 36 hours
Hospice RN Job Details:
Schedule: 12 hour night shift
Available Shift: 3 shifts per week
Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in hospice, have a valid RN license and be willing to obtain DE licensure.

As a Hospice RN, you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, fostering independence and promoting optimal health outcomes. As their in-home clinician, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with their interdisciplinary team.
In the Home Health setting, you will be a vital link between a patient and their family to resources across the care spectrum. This mobile role offers independence and differentiation in your day-to-day work, while also keeping you connected to the coordination of care with other healthcare providers like physicians, therapists, and social workers.
