• Associate degree preferred
• Certified Hospice Nurse (CHPN) preferred
• Three+ years' experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgery, oncology, or patient population-specific nursing (i.e., geriatrics, pediatric, etc.)
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience - Required Certifications and Licensures:
  • Registered Nurse license in state(s) practicing
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification preferred
