ChristianaCare is hiring a casual Radiation Therapist II for our radiation oncology department in the Helen F. Graham Center in Newark, DE.As a Radiation Therapist II, you would be Under clinical supervision of the Chief, Radiation Therapist and the professional direction of a radiation oncologist performs various radiation therapy treatments and/or simulations at a technical level requiring minimal supervision of technical details. - -Our mission is to provide safe, effective radiation treatments to our cancer patients.This position varies in hours and is on a as needed basis.Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Graduate of an accredited school for Radiation Therapy (CHEA, University-based program)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years of professional experience and/or employed a minimum of3 years at Christiana Care Radiation OncologySpecial Requirements:
  • Board certification in Radiation Therapy Technology (ARRT)
  • State of Delaware licensure as Radiation Therapy Technology; may be requested to obtain Maryland license.Please attach updated resume with application.#LI-EH1
