Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting to oversee
capitalization software accounting and manage a small team while
ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee software development capitalization accounting, including
tracking, recording, and reconciliation
Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and supervise
month-end and year-end closing procedures
Lead and mentor a team member, assigning tasks and conducting
performance reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
Active CPA license or equivalent preferred
5 years of experience in public accounting or public company
settings, with software company experience required
Capitalized software development accounting experience
preferred
2-3 years of senior level or equivalent experience preferred
