A company is looking for a Remote Field Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contracted field staff and oversee customer assignments to
ensure timely task completion
Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor assignment progress
to meet customer expectations
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes
for enhanced efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications
Must possess and maintain current knowledge of the insurance
industry
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with
clients, carriers, and employees
Willingness to maintain a travel schedule based on client and
business needs
Ability to work extended hours when necessary
Bachelor's degree preferred
