About the Role: As an Industrial Engineer Associate at Gore, you will typically work in cross-functional project teams to support and improve manufacturing and supply chain processes throughout the Enterprise. You will have an opportunity to learn business, divisional and functional competencies emphasizing supply chain operations. The ability to partner with other disciplines and adapt to the latest technology is essential.     Pay and Benefits:
    
    • $76,000 - $86,000 per year

    • Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include (but not limited to) education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
      
      Required Qualifications:
      
      • B.S. and/or M.S. students who are graduating December 2024 - August 2025 and majoring in the field of one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Industrial and Management Engineering, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Engineering Management or Manufacturing Engineering.
      • Ability to appropriately adapt and respond effectively in real time to changing situations and circumstances.
      • Ability to navigate complex situations and analyze diverse data to identify what is critical and solve problems.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively and fairly with others, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared goals.
      • Demonstrates integrity and authenticity to gain the confidence and trust of others by consistently following through on commitments and aligning actions with words.
      • Demonstrates a strong interest and ability to continuously learn and grow and a willingness to take on work that expands capabilities.
      • Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) in various circumstances, aligned to audience needs. Actively listens and fosters the sharing of ideas from others.
