Teacher Location: The Learning Experience Newark, DE Pay: $17$18
per hour Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday The Learning Experience
Newark is seeking a Preschool Teacher with TECE I or TECE II
credentials to join our early childhood education team. This role
is ideal for educators who enjoy creating a structured, engaging,
and play-based learning environment that supports school readiness
and social development. Our preschool classrooms focus on
consistency, positive guidance, and hands-on learning to help
children build confidence, independence, and early academic skills.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support preschool classroom
activities in a safe, developmentally appropriate environment
Implement daily lessons aligned with The Learning Experience
curriculum Guide children through learning centers, transitions,
meals, and rest time Support social, emotional, and cognitive
development through play and structured activities Maintain a
clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards
Build strong relationships with families through daily
communication Maintain compliance with Delaware Office of Child
Care Licensing requirements and center policies Qualifications:
TECE I or TECE II credential required Prior preschool or childcare
classroom experience preferred Strong understanding of
developmentally appropriate practices Reliable, professional, and
team-oriented Ability to meet all Delaware childcare licensing and
