Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a large volume of inbound calls and LIVE chats from sales
agents regarding Cigna Medicare products
Maintain detailed knowledge of eligibility requirements and verify
Medicare information for potential members
Participate in meetings and manage work balance between calls and
live chats while exercising confidentiality
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center
environment (preferred)
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Accurate data entry skills
