Key Responsibilities
Manage service schedules for clients, ensuring timely and efficient

Oversee inventory lists and coordinate field service work
orders
Resolve client and technician issues to maintain seamless
operations
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in the field service industry, particularly
in customer service or scheduling
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience with scheduling and coordination software
Combination of education, training, and related experience may be
acceptable
Strong organizational and planning skills
