Job Description:
Aramark is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to elevate the

focuses on creating innovative pastry dishes aligned with our

requirements of our clientele. The Executive Pastry Chef will lead
the pastry team, ensuring the consistency and quality of every
dessert and baked good served. This position requires a creative
culinary professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is
passionate about pastry arts. Develop and innovate new pastry items
to meet client preferences and dietary needs Oversee the daily
operations of the pastry department, ensuring compliance with
health and safety regulations Manage inventory and the procurement
of high-quality ingredients Train and mentor pastry kitchen staff
on the latest in culinary arts and food safety Coordinate with the
culinary team to integrate desserts into overall meal services
Ensure top quality presentation and speed in service delivery Stay
updated on current industry trends and incorporate modern
techniques into menu offerings Advanced pastry techniques Strong
leadership and communication Creative thinking and innovation in
menu creation Ability to work under pressure and manage a team
