Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Clinical Research Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a representative to CRO, study vendors, and site staff
Create CRA training materials and ensure adequate training for CRO
CRAs and study site staff
Monitor studies and develop metrics to evaluate CRO CRAs and site
performance for compliance
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree
preferred
Minimum of 3 years of site monitoring experience in biotechnology,
pharmaceutical, or CRO environments
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a
changing environment
Knowledge of clinical research, phases of clinical trials, and
current GCP/ICH guidelines
Certification as a Clinical Research Associate or Clinical Research
Professional is highly desirable
